Device has additionally cylindrical limiter, spool and transmitter unit. Throttling hole made in body of piston-stop is coupled through oil outlet grooves with oil outlet channel. Transmitter unit, includes speed transmitter, cooling liquid temperature transmitter, load transmitter and fuel mixture content transmitter.
