FIELD: mechanical engineering; diesel engines.
SUBSTANCE: proposed diesel engine fuel system contains high-pressure fuel pump, high-pressure pipeline and nozzle. System contains additionally mechanism to control passage area of nozzle spray tip consisting of pipelines to supply oil to additionally installed union in nozzle body, oil supply channel in nozzle body, spacer and spray tip body. Control mechanism has turnable cup shutoff cone for nozzle needle in lower part. Orifices are made in shutoff cone. Groove with beveled side surface is made from outer side of turnable cup. Control mechanism includes also spring-loaded power piston with rod acting onto beveled side surface of groove of turnable cup, turnable cup reset mechanism consisting of stop and spring installed between stop and side surface of groove. Working space of power cylinder is connected with oil supply space in spray tip body. Nozzle spray tip has additional row of orifices arranged coaxially with orifices in turnable cup. Turnable cup can be turned relative to axis of spray tip for overlapping additional row of orifices in spray tip body.
EFFECT: improved efficiency of working process at variable mixing.
