FIELD: computer engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has several stages each of which has its input and output terminals. Each stage has synchronized output circuit which has serial circuit of stepping-up and stepping down transistors. Additional transistor has conducting track which is connected between control electrode of stepping-up transistor and point which potential is sufficient of switching stepping-up transistor off. Control electrode of additional transistor is connected to output of next stage or alternatively to source of synchronization signals which phase differs from phase of synchronization signals which are applied to said output circuit.
