FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves recording electrocardiogram and its first derivative. Left ventricle activation speed is calculated as mean of quotient of division of R and S peaks amplitudes in six outlet channels reflecting electric activity of the heart, right ventricle, the first and the second derivatives of electrocardiogram to their amplitude in conventional electrocardiogram.
