FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves recording ordinary and differential electrocardiogram before applying laser therapy session. Myocardium excitability index is calculated. Then one session of laser therapy is applied using any of known methods. Electrocardiogram and its first derivative are recorded once more after the session is over. Myocardium excitability index is calculated once more and its dynamic changes are analyzed. Optimum dose of low intensity laser radiation is determined from the dynamic changes of the index. EFFECT: simplified dose selection method. 2 tbl
