FIELD: alcoholic beverage industry. SUBSTANCE: method includes preparation of aqueous-alcoholic mixture (solution) at the rate of vodka production with 40% strength from ethyl rectified alcohol "Extra" and water. Mixture of dry milk and milk product "Malysh" is dissolved in water and introduced into solution. Resulting mixture is settled, filtered and passed through charcoal columns. Simultaneously, aqueous-alcoholic infusion is prepared from Ist discharging of bakery yeast and together with sugar syrup is introduced in prepared vodka in finishing tank. Then vodka is filtered and bottled. Ratio of vodka ingredients is the following, kg/1000 dal: dry milk, 3.5-4.5; milk product "Malysh", 0.1-0.3; sugar, 9.5-10.5. Vodka also contains, l: infusion of Ist discharging of bakery yeast, 0.7-0.9; aqueous-alcoholic liquid based on ethyl rectified alcohol "Extra" and water, the balance. EFFECT: higher product quality; broadened assortment of vodkas enriched with biologically active substances. 1 tbl
