FIELD: alcoholic beverage industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves mixture for producing vodka of 40-% vol; then dry fat-free milk and solution of calcium chloride are introduced in mixture and it is treated with activated coal and filtered. Simultaneously infusion of baker's yeast is prepared. For this purpose yeast is aged for 2-3 h in solution of citric acid, rectified alcohol is added, and again aged for 22-24 h, and then filtered. Filtrate of alcohol infusion of baker's yeast is introduced in ready-to-use vodka after filtration and product is bottled. Vodka contains the following ratio of ingredients, kg/1000 dal: baker's yeast, 0.3-0.5; citric acid, 0.1-0.3; dry fat-free milk, 3.5-4.5; it also has, l: solution of calcium chloride, 0.1-0.2; water-alcohol liquid, the balance.
