SUBSTANCE: vodka has the following components per 1000 dal of ready product: citric acid 0.09-0.11 kg; sea buckthorn sprouts an aqueous-alcoholic infusion of the first pouring 1.4-1.6 l; 65.8%-th sugar syrup 17.0-17.5 l; vanillin (1:100) 0.09-0.11 l and a mixture of rectified ethyl alcohol "Ekstra" and drinking water (proof is 40%) - the rest. The combination and quantitative ratio of used components ensures to obtain vodka exhibiting high organoleptic indices and curative properties. EFFECT: high quality of vodka, decreased cost.
