FIELD: alcoholic beverage industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves preparation of 40-% vol solution. Then it is directed to carbon-cleaning battery. Simultaneously, pressed bakery yeast are poured with 0.2-% solution of potassium permanganate and aged in this solution for 20-30 min. Then they are infused in aqueous-alcoholic liquid of 60-% vol for 3-4 h. Infusion of the I-st discharging is drained and filtered, and resulting vodka is introduced into finishing tank. After it, vodka is filtered and bottled. Prepared product has the following ratio of ingredients, kg/1000 dal: pressed bakery yeast, 0.3-0.5; potassium permanganate, 0.001-0.003; aqueous-alcoholic liquid, the balance.
