FIELD: measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: mark is applied to object to measure its position. Mark presents two circles contrast optically. Second circle having diameter equal to radius of first one contacts first circle in one point. Videosignals from crossing of scanning point with circles are recorded during one-line scanning.
