FIELD: medicine, stomatology. SUBSTANCE: wound-healing and osteoplastic agent has composition structure made of collagen and calcium phosphate substance applied on one site of film that is subjected for resorption in living tissues. Its thickness is from 0.5 mm to 10 mm. By the second variant composition structure made of collagen and calcium phosphate is applied on the both sites of film up to the total thickness of an agent from 1 mm to 15 mm. Film is made of polyvinylpyrrolidone, polyvinylcaprolactam, polylactide, polyglycomed, chitosan, alginate and collagen. Agent can contain additionally drug at amount to 30% of composition structure mass and taken from antibiotics, antiseptics, immunomodulating agents and growth factors. Calcium phosphate substance is hydroxylapatite or tricalcium phosphate or their mixture. New substance shows wound-healing and osteoplastic properties and can be used for wound healing of different etiology, in part, in osseous tissues and parodontium tissue.
