FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for obtaining of osteoplastic material in the form of multilayer beads of radiopaque β-tricalcium phosphate 20% and 80% hydroxyapatite in a polylactide-glycolide matrix with addition of hyaluronic acid to the inner layer, and hydrocortisone, chlorhexidine and lidocaine to the outer layer. The method for osteoplastic material production is characterized by the deposition process carried out in a granulator in a fluidized bed in three stages.
EFFECT: invention allows to obtain osteoplastic material in the form of multilayer granules with bacteriostatic and bactericidal action and prolonged release of active agents.
