FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology, namely to biomaterials, which represent nanoparticles of bioresorbable amorphous hydroxyapatite, which can be applied in medicine and in cosmetology, for example, as material, which stimulates regeneration of soft and bone tissue, including medication, which is applied for healing wounds of various etiology, as osteoplastic material, as active component for oral cavity hygiene preparations, as well as nanocarrier for medications. Material includes placed in organic matrix nanoparticles of amorphous calcium hydroxyapatire, partially isomorphously substituted with ions of metals of II group (MII) of general formula Ca10-x MIIx (PO4)6OH2, where (MII) is Mg2+ and/or Zn2+, 0.01≤x≤2. Method of obtaining bioresorbable material includes preparation of mixture from calcium hydroxide, monosubstituted calcium phosphate monohydrate and metal oxides, as such applied are magnesium oxide and/or zinc oxide with atomic ratio (Ca+MII)/P=1.67, Ca/P not less than 1.33, where (MII) - Mg2+/or Zn2+, addition to mixture of biopolymer water solution in form of hydrogel with concentration of polymer 0.01-10.0 wt % for formation of organic matrix, deposition of nanoparticles of amorphous hydroxyapatite at temperature 10-30°C at neutral pH values 7.0-7.5 with the following filtering and drying of sediment at temperature 20-30°C until final product is obtained.

EFFECT: obtaining substance, corresponding to chemical formula of hydroxyapatite, with degree of amorphism from 95 to 100%.
