Living bacteria as a component of product, biologically active substances and food component for bacteria preserving taken at the definite ratio promote active multiplication of useful bacteria, in part, bifidobacteria and suppress pathogenic and opportunistic bacteria. The use of product provides formation of natural microbiocenosis, synthesis of vitamins, improves metabolism and increases immune status. Product can be used for human nutrition.
