FIELD: food industry, equipment disintegrating various biological materials, specifically milk, bakery and food yeasts to produce biologically active additives. SUBSTANCE: given laboratory device has ultrasonic generator with companion radiator. Radiator is placed into thermostated flow cell manufactured in the form of tubular U-shaped member. This member is installed uniaxially in thermostating sleeve with intermediate medium and is connected to line feeding suspension into closed circuit. Transmitter of ultrasonic action and thermometer are put additionally into intermediate medium. Optoelectron sensor is positioned in line feeding suspension between tubular U-shaped member and peristaltic pump. EFFECT: increased reliability of process of ultrasonic disintegration of yeast thanks to isolation of these microorganisms from external medium, to control over reproducibility and completion of process. 2 dwg
