METHOD OF ENHANCING OF MUSCLE WORKING CAPACITY Russian patent published in 1998 - IPC

FIELD: sports medicine. SUBSTANCE: method includes sealing of skin section under which muscle subject to stimulation is located and exposure of the above-indicated section to local negative pressure. Difference of given method is in that sealing is performed by superposing of flexible membrane on skin section and by pressing the membrane over contour by sealing vessel bead. Local negative pressure on skin is effected by vacuum-membrane stretching of tissue. Negative pressure in process of vacuum-membrane stretching of tissue is applied in pulse mode within frequency range of 0.1-1.0 Hz, and pulse pressure is changed within 0,05•10⁴-8,4•10⁴ Pa which makes it possible to keep higher working capacity of muscles for a day.
