SUBSTANCE: sweet liqueur "TULSKY BOR" contains the following ingredients, kg/1000 dal of ready product: citric acid, 18-19; color, 4.5-5.5; sweet liqueur, also includes, l: birdcherry fruit drink of the Ist and IInd dischargings, 1800-1900; apple alcoholized juice, 1800-2200; apple pomace aqueous-alcoholic infusion of the Ist discharging, 11-13; cardamon aqueous-alcoholic infusion of the Ist and IInd dischargings, 18-22; 65.8-% sugar syrup, 1400-1420; ethyl rectified alcohol of the highest purification and water in terms of 20-% strength of blend. Apple raw material is completely used with utilization of process wastes. The sweet liqueur possesses refined birdcherry taste with slight apple-citrus tint.
