SUBSTANCE: sweet liquor contains ingredients at the following ratio, l per 1000 dal of prepared product: alcoholized apple juice with 220 kg of common extract, 2300-2600; black chokeberry fruit drink of Ist and IInd dischargings, 280-320; brandy, 280-320; alcoholic solution (1:10) of vanillin, 0.03-0.06; alcoholized solution (1: 10) of orange oil, 0.1-0.3; 65.8-% sugar syrup, 950-960. Sweet liquor also contains, kg: color, 18-22; citric acid, up to mass concentration of acids on conversion to citric acid, 0.3 g/100 cu.cm; ethyl rectified alcohol of the highest purification and water, the balance. The sweet liquor possesses pleasant chocolate-citric tone on apple flavor foundation. It is prepared from vegetable raw materials widely used in folk medicine with curative-prophylactic aims.
