SUBSTANCE: cocktail contains the following ingredients, l/1000 dal: apple alcoholized juice, 950-1100; aqueous-alcoholic infusion of clove, cardamon, cinnamon and nutmeg, 38-42; flavor "Grapefruit" 60750-76 of firm "Givaudan-Roure", Switzerland, 5.5-6.5; 65.8-% sugar syrup, 1700-1730; citric acid and aqueous-alcoholic liquid, the balance up to mass concentration of acids 0.25 g/100 cu.cm and 25-% strength. Flavor "Grapefruit" is preliminarily aged in apple alcoholized juice, and then blended with the components. Organoleptical properties of cocktail are increased due to using of ingredients with synergistic action and they give cocktail almond-strawberry tint. Ageing flavor in apple juice increases and stabilizes its aromatic properties. Besides, flavor stabilizes and prevents ethereal oils of raw material against oxidation, stabilizes aroma and color without artificial colorants. EFFECT: broadened assortment of cocktails. 3 tbl
