FIELD: construction engineering. SUBSTANCE: this device is intended for use at construction site. It has horizontal body according to configuration of body of revolution with loading and discharging ends. Body is provided with external rims. Installed on internal surface of body along spiral are mixing members made in the form of removable rod curved according to same spiral. Rod is enclosed in rubber or plastic hose. Angle of incline of rod spiral is located within 10-80 deg. as to vertical line. Ratio of diameter of body to length of body is within 1:2 - 1:3.5. Installed inside body along its generating line are removable straight rods. Outlet hole of water feeder is located inside body at distance of 0.1 - 0.5 of its length from side of discharging end of device. Aforesaid embodiment of device is simpler in design and of improved repairability. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 1 cl, 3 dwg
