FIELD: electrical engineering. SUBSTANCE: method involves running thermal hydrodynamic self-excited instability in inter-electrode gap in order to achieve negative constituent of feedback between average power of heater and heat content of water which enters inter-electrode gap. Another claim of invention describes device design in which through sections of channels which join inter-electrode gap with water to be heated, are less then throughput section of inter-electrode gap. This ratio provides device operations in mode of thermal hydrodynamic self- excited instability.
