FIELD: medicine, immunology. SUBSTANCE: method involves effect of low-frequency current on the region of immunocompetent organs, for example, rat thymus. On 14-th day after this effect onset animals are immunized with sheep erythrocytes and killed on 19-th day of experiment. Spleen mass and content of total and theophylline-resistant E-rosette-forming cells in spleen are determined. Then value of spleen mass multiplied on content of E-rosette-forming cells divided on value obtained by multiplication of theophylline-resistant E-rosette-forming cells on value of thymus mass is calculated.
