SUBSTANCE: method involves switching mobile station from first channel of operating base station to second channel of base station meant to operate further; while mobile station is transmitting starting from first cycle of transmission over first channel, second channel is held ready to establish communication with this mobile station starting from second cycle. Base station meant for further operation is provided with device used to determine time shift interval of transmission cycle for tuning to frequency of mobile station so as to determine before switching-over moment the time shift of second cycle relative to first transmission cycle; there is also time shift device for post-transmission shift of mobile station transmission cycle through interval determined by mentioned method relative to first transmission cycle.
