FIELD: alcoholic beverage industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves preparation of solution at mixing from ethyl rectified alcohol "Extra" and potable water, and its passing through carbon-cleaning battery. Vanillin is dissolved in alcohol in ratio 1:100 and introduced in finishing tank. Preliminarily, natural honey is diluted by softened water in ratio 1:5, thoroughly mixed and brought to boiling. Refined granulated sugar is added in it in the form of aqueous solution or 65.8-% sugar syrup, cooled, filtered and honey-sugar mixture is introduced in finishing tank. Vodka is mixed, its strength is corrected, and product is filtered and bottled. Ingredients are used at the following ratio, kg/1000 dal of vodka: vanillin, 0.0015-0.0025; natural honey, 5.5-6.5; refined granulated sugar, 7.5-8.5; ethyl rectified alcohol "Extra" and potable water, the balance, up to 40% strength.
