FIELD: alcoholic beverage industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves dissolving at mixing sodium bicarbonate in softened water; solution is separated into two parts; in one of parts citric acid is added with preparation of sodium citrate. Another part is mixed with natural honey after its dilution with softened water in ratio 1:5; mixture is thoroughly mixed, brought to boiling, cooled and filtered. Solution is prepared at mixing from ethyl rectified alcohol "Extra" and water. In the process of mixing sodium citrate is added, thoroughly mixed, and passed through carbon-cleaning battery. In finishing vat solution of honey and refined granulated sugar is added in the form of 65.8-% sugar syrup or sorbitol as its solution in hot softened water with temperature 50-60 C. Vodka is thoroughly mixed, its strength is corrected, and then filtered and bottled. Ingredients are used at the following ratio, kg/1000 dal of vodka: citric acid, 0.15-0.25; sodium bicarbonate, 0.25-0.35; sorbitol, 0.95-1.05; or refined granulated sugar, 5.5-6.5; natural honey, 3.5-4.5; ethyl rectified alcohol "Extra" and water, the balance, up to 40% strength.
