FIELD: blowing, cooling and air cleaning systems for cleaning air in production areas from dust-like contaminants, ultra-dispersed dust from gaseous admixtures, bacterial contaminants, as well as for ozonization of air. SUBSTANCE: device has several rows of plate electrodes secured in housing and radiators attached to these electrodes. Plate electrodes are made in aerodynamically profiled form. Rod-type radiators are secured to pointed fin of each plate; main geometric parameters are taken in the following relationship: where H is distance between rows of plates, mm; L2 - is distance between adjacent plates in row, mm; h is distance between radiators on plate, mm; h is radiator height, mm.
