FIELD: ophthalmology. SUBSTANCE: cornea is exposed to radiation of pulsed infrared laser. At least four coagulants are applied, each being formed by laser radiation at wave length of 2.08-2.18 mcm, pulse duration in free generation mode from 0.25x10-3 up to 2 s, frequency from 1•10-2 to 20 Hz, energy from 15 to 500 mJ, with spot diameter of 0.4 to 1.0 mm. EFFECT: stable variation of cornea refraction. 3 ex
