SUBSTANCE: method involves carrying out laser thermokeratoplasty using specialized devices and technology with anatomical and topographical specific of infantile eye being taken into account acting upon the cornea with laser radiation on ytterbium-erbium glass of wavelength equal to 1.54 mcm, pulse power of 150-165 mJ/cm2, laser spot diameter of 200-300 mcm, pulse exposure time of 0.5 ms.
EFFECT: reduced risk of traumatic complications; stable refraction effect; eliminated or reduced anisometropy; repaired binocular vision function.
