FIELD: artillery equipment. SUBSTANCE: breechblock for caseless artillery gun with an axial breech hole has a guide in the bore located across the breech hole, a breechblock in the form of a leading part moving along the guide, and an elastic-plastic obturator. The breechblock is furnished with a frame with a mushroom-shaped rod terminating in a sledge plate carrying the obturator. The frame is linked with the breech through a guide couple aligned with the breech hole and made in the form of movable and fixed parts relative to the breech. The movable part of the guide couple is additionally linked with the breech by a cam couple and can be turned relative to the guide couple.
