FIELD: measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: device has at least one pipeline. Pipeline is secured rigidly to supporting facility at inlet and outlet ends. Element which oscillates like tuning fork together with pipeline is secured rigidly to supporting facility in plane parallel to pipeline. Pair of sensing facilities is installed opposite to each other on pipeline sides. Each sensing facility is positioned as close as possible to two assemblies selected from pair of oscillation types for pipeline. Pair of types of oscillations is selected on bases of analysis of oscillation type for localizing the assemblies for each type of oscillations and subsequent selection of two types of oscillations to maximize sensitivity and minimize effect of external forces and noise.
