FIELD: medicine, dermatology. SUBSTANCE: therapeutic composition for local using has a pharmaceutically acceptable liquid carrier and benzoyl peroxide. It is stable at the room temperature and has pH less 7. It has additionally gel-forming substance, salt or ester of clindamycin. It has benzoyl peroxide at concentration 1-20 wt.-% and salt or ester of clindamycin at concentration 0.2-4 wt.-%. A set for therapeutic composition preparing has the first container with benzoyl peroxide suspension in an aqueous gel-forming substance at pH from 3.5 to 7.0. The second container has an aqueous solution of salt or ester of clindamycin at pH from 3.5 to 7.0. Composition is prepared by stirring an aqueous suspension of benzoyl peroxide in gel-forming substance at initial pH from 3.5 to 7.0 with an aqueous solution of salt or ester of clindamycin at pH from 3.5 to 7.0 to obtain composition at pH from 4.5 to less 7.0. Method of treatment of patients with acne involves applying composition at therapeutically effective amount on damaged skin regions for at least one month.
