FIELD: medicine, radiodiagnosis. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radioactive immunoreagent exhibiting the directed effect that is a conjugate of a chelating agent and immunoreactive group labeled with radioactive metal ion. Ion of radioactive metal has an atomic number from 21 to 84. Immunoreactive group is an antibody, oligonucleotide or polypeptide. Chelating agent is a derivative of tripyridine. Invention gives the total formula of a chelating agent used. A composition for obtaining an image of malignant neoplasm in body containing a contrasting radioactive agent of the above indicated composition at effective amount and pharmaceutically acceptable diluting agent is described also. Invention relates to also a method of obtaining an image of malignant neoplasm. Method is carried out by administration to patient a composition containing radioactive label that involves a chelate at effective amount. Radiation intensity produced by radioactive label is measured for time that is necessary for antibody accumulation on neoplasm site. Radiation intensity is determined using the special device for photoscanning. Invention gives also a chelating agent that is a component of immunoreactive of the directed effect that is a tripyridine derivative. Proposed immunoreagents do not metabolize and harmful dispersing, show less radiotoxicity as compared with yttrium-containing radioactive immunoreagents obtained with other chelating agents.
