FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to labelling of a chelated targeting agent. The composition includes a chelated targeting agent, constituting a conjugate of a chelate group and a targeting group, and at least one type of buffer selected from the group consisting of benzoic acid, fumaric acid and salts thereof, wherein the composition is used to form a complex between a radioactive metal selected from the group consisting of 90Y, 153Sm, 165Dy, 165Er, 166Ho and 177Lu, and a chelated targeting agent. Also disclosed are sets for forming a complex between a radioactive metal and a chelated targeting agent, methods for producing a chelated targeting agent labelled with a radioactive metal, medicinal products for diagnosing or treating a disease, methods for treating a disease.
EFFECT: group of inventions ensures selection of a buffer for forming a complex between certain radioactive metals and a chelated targeting agent.
