FIELD: construction; methods and devices for stabilization or reconditioning of damaged pavement. SUBSTANCE: method includes removal of upper layer of pavement by milling cutter, grinding of removed material at site and placed again. Added to produced material is binding agent from cement, cement mortar, water and/or bitumen emulsion and/or preliminarily prepared mixture of additives, and/or mineral components with preset sizes of particles and their volume, and reconditioned in this way material is placed into roadbed.
