FIELD: organic chemistry. SUBSTANCE: derivatives of taxane having formula (I) are prepared by esterification of derivative of baccatine having formula (II) or 10-desacetyl-baccatine having formula (III) . The process takes place at temperature from (-10) C to 60 C with the help of acid having common formula (III), it is followed by substitution of protective groups G1, G2 and R5 by hydrogen atoms in thus obtained product. In mentioned above formulae (I), (II) and (III) Ar is phenyl radical; R is hydrogen or acetyl; R1 is benzoyl or tert-butoxy carbonyl; G1 is protective group for hydroxyl function; G2 is acetyl radical or protective group for hydroxyl function; R2 is protective group for hydroxyl function. EFFECT: improved efficiency of the method. 8 cl, 1 tbl
