SUBSTANCE: invention relates to new triazolyl-substituted compounds of tertiary amine of the formula (I) where A - a simple bond; B - lower alkyl, group (a) , naphthyl, pyridyl, thienyl, thiazolyl, benzotriazolyl, quinolyl, benzofurazanyl or benzothiazolyl that can be substituted with halogen or alkyl; D - a ring group (b) or benzofurazanyl; E - a ring 4H-1,2,4-triazolyl or 1H-1,2,4-triazolyl; R¹ - - H, halogen, cyano-, nitro-group, CF₃, lower alkyl or alkoxy; R² - is hydrogen or halogen; R³ - - halogen, cyano-, nitro-group, CF₃ or amino-group at condition that if both R¹ and R² are chlorine atom then A - methylene group.
