SUBSTANCE: invention relates to derivative of (1-heteroazolyl-1-hetero- -cycloalkyl)-alkane of the general formula (I) where X - oxygen or sulfur; Z - O, S, N-R₂ or C= N; R₁ - H, alkyl, halogen, or R₁ and a ring form together benzofuran ring system; R₂ - H, lower alkyl, alkoxyalkyl, hydroxyalkyl, acylhydroxyalkyl or CF₃;; A- or ; W-O, NH; R₃ -H, lower alkil or acyl; R₄ is alkyl, cyclopropyl or perfluoroalkyl, or R₃ and R₄ form together a ring where n = 4; R₅ and R₆ - H or lower alkyl or its heometric or optic isomers or racemates, for exception of 1-(4-pyridyl)-1- -(2-thiazolyl)-ethanol and 1-(2-pyridyl)-1-(2-thiazolyl)-ethanol.
