Invention describes method of preparing emulsions and method of rapid blood pressure decrease by their use in surgery operation and in post-operative period and in the case of impossibility or undesirability of antihypertension oral therapy carrying out. Emulsions provide the rapid release and degradation of dihydropyridine compound at its pharmacological effect as usual solutions.
