FIELD: organic chemistry. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to derivatives of piperazine of the general formula (I) where A is an alkylene chain with 1 or 2 carbon atoms; Z - dihydrobenzodioxynyl radical possibly substituted with dihydroxy-(C_1-4)-alkyl; R - hydrogen; R¹ - phenyl; R² and R³ together with nitrogen atom to which they both bound form saturated C_3-10-heterocyclic ring, or their pharmaceutically acceptable salts. Compounds are synthesized by alkylation of compound of the formula (II) with an alkylating agent of the formula X-A-CHR¹CONR²R³ where X - halogen, or alkyl-, or arylsulfonylhydroxy-group to be removed. Compounds of the formula (I) show effect on central nervous system by binding with 5-HT_1A receptors and can be used for treatment of patients with CNS disorders.
