SUBSTANCE: invention describes new derivatives of piperazine of the general formula (I) where A is an alkylene chain with 2-5 carbon atoms; R¹ - phenyl substituted with lower alkoxy-group; R² - phenyl; R³ is C₃-C₇-cycloalkyl, or its pharmaceutically acceptable acid-additive salts. They are antagonists of 5-HT_1A receptors and can be used for treatment of patients with fear. Method of synthesis of the above indicated compounds involves an interaction of compound HN(R²)COR³ with alkylating agent containing a group where values A, R¹, R², R³ are indicated above.
