FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: method consists in rolling the graphite foil, cutting foil into bands, transversal corrugation of graphite band on serrated rolls by passing the band between two rolls engageable by teeth points. Corrugated graphite band is placed in bore sealing gasket of flanged joint with its corrugations directed radially inside in way of bending radius of bore. pressing is effected in mode of tightening the bolts of flanged detachable joint. Polymer flexible band or thin metal band or both of them will be used as moving bands. Invention describes five types of gaskets. EFFECT: facilitated manufacture. 6 cl, 4 dwg
