SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of electrical engineering, in particular to electric gas-discharge devices that generate a stream of non-thermal water vapor for disinfection of hands, surfaces of objects and air. A device for disinfection of hands, surfaces of objects and air is proposed, containing the device case, a gas-discharge chamber, an internal electrode, an external electrode, low-frequency high-voltage generator (LF generator), ultrasonic steam generator, fan, magnetic system, magnetic system power source, module of electric current conversion, at least one nozzle.

EFFECT: eliminating the processes of evaporation, ablation, erosion, and spraying of electrodes exposed to the atmosphere, which lead to a threat to human life and health; eliminating the possibility of the formation of dangerous forms of discharges, such as spark and arc discharges, during operation; eliminating the possibility of formation of harmful factors for humans, such as ozone, electromagnetic and ultraviolet radiation, during the operation of the device; increasing the service life of the device; reducing the mass and volume occupied by the device for hand disinfection; increasing the disinfection efficiency of the device and the ability to control it.
