FIELD: protection of brake disks against oxidation. SUBSTANCE: method consists in isolating each friction plane of brake disk with liquid-proof layer applied on the outside; disk is immersed in solution containing impregnating composition. Impregnation is effected at differential of pressure on the outside of surfaces being treated and pressure inside open porosity of brake disk with forcing-out the air which intensifies penetration of impregnating composition into open pores of disk to some depth as compared with surfaces being treated, thus providing for internal antioxidation protection. Pressure difference is selected depending on required depth of penetration of impregnating solution into open pores. EFFECT: facilitated procedure of treatment. 44 cl, 13 dwg
