SUBSTANCE: device comprises lower member to be connected to tool, upper member to be fastened to haulage means and central member pivotally connected to lower member. Upper part of central member is provided with projection, which cooperates with inner wall of pipe string inside well and elongated orifice inclined with respect to longitudinal device axis. Hinge axis, which connects upper and central members, passes through elongated orifice to form hinged connection performing limited sliding to provide projection interaction with inner wall of pipe string in upper part of central member inside well during mutual upper and lower members repositioning. Central member has support arranged in lower part thereof and cooperating with inner wall of pipe string as projection interacts with inner wall of pipe string in upper part of central member inside well. Projection cooperates with support by lower member sliding towards upper member and by mutual longitudinal axes thereof displacement.
EFFECT: simplified structure along with increased reliability.
