FIELD: cooling electronic equipment, in particular, for geophysical seismic reconnaissance. SUBSTANCE: device is located in protection jacket and has coaxial rod for relative movement, object to be cooled and cooling agent. Goal of invention is achieved by introduced working chamber and two ring chambers which are adjacent to this chamber on both sides. Working chamber is connected to first chamber by reverse valve and to second chamber by regulation valve. Second side of first chamber is adjacent to piston which is mounted on rod. Second ring chamber is provided by hollow end and heat removal which are communicate through double spaced walls. Second ring chamber is connected through second reverse valve to first ring chamber. Object to be cooled is located on heat removal from second ring chamber. Device provides cooling of semiconductor instruments under environment temperature of 500-650 K in conditions in which supply of cooling agent is impossible and use of cooled agent (for example, of liquid nitrogen) is limited by size of object and prolonged operations in extreme conditions under heavy pressure in bed.
