FIELD: medical engineering, particularly, rod devices of external fixation for treatment of pelvis fractures and their consequences. SUBSTANCE: device has pelvis support consisting of arcs connected for motion relative to one another by means joint unit, reposition units and threaded rods secured to pelvis support by means of straight and slanting brackets. Slanting bracket base has through holes over its length. Joint unit consists of fastening member and hinged with it and with pelvis support, brackets and threaded tie-rods that make possible to lay semiarcs of pelvis support with inclination to perform single-step or gradual reposition by straightening them relative to one another. Base of slanting bracket has through threaded hole for fastening of pelvis support. EFFECT: expansion of functional potentialities due to possible use of large forces in reposition of fragments of pelvis ring, higher reliability of device-bone fixation. 7 cl, 5 dwg
