FIELD: power engineering; lightning protection of industrial installations. SUBSTANCE: system has at least two rows of line circuits each being, essentially, ground wire 2 suspended from supporting structures and connected to ground stake with protected entities located in-between; ground wire 2 is joined with supporting structures through insulators 4, pulling wire 5 with seasonal temperature marker 6, and pulling gear 8; current lead 9 is made in the form of flexible conductor connected on one end with ground wire 2 between insulators 4 and on other end, with ground stake; ground wire 2 is furnished with vibration damper 12; supporting structures are similar to those of power transmission line and are designed to take wire load; they are provided with maintenance platforms 13, lightning rods 15, warning lights 16, floodlights 17 for illuminating installation being protected, side lamps; guard ladders are mounted throughout entire length of supporting structures; in addition, ground wire 2 has warning light reflectors 18 made in the form of equilateral quadrangles coupled with ground wire 2 through moving clamp.
