Making of the current-lead core with protrusions above the central part of the sealing pellet, 0.2 to 0.3 mm high, and selection of thickness of the heater wall by 3 to 5 times, as well as arrangement of seeds (3 to 10 pcs around the edges of the substrate) at a distance of 0.3 to 0.5 mm from the substrate edge, and making of the substrate of a mixture of zirconium, calcium and magnesium oxides at the following relationship of components, mas. %: ZrO2, 80-90; CaO, 10-15; Mg, 10 max. provide for growing of a asymmetrically zonal single crystals of diamond, where the defective part is localized from one edge.
