FIELD: medicine, namely traumatology and orthopedics. SUBSTANCE: device is made in form of hook with threaded bushing. Hook base is essentially through tube with fixing rod positioned loosely inside it. Projection is provided on one end of tube at right angle relative to longitudinal axis of tube. Other end of tube has external thread. This end carries faceted adapter with internal thread which couples through tube to threaded rod of external fixing facility with nut. Length of smooth unthreaded part of through tube is not less than thickness of soft tissues and cortical layer of bone in device introduction zone. Fixing for length is equal to through tube length and to medullary canal diameter. Length of projection must be equal to 1.5-2 diameters of medullary canal. EFFECT: reduced traumatism. 3 cl, 1 dwg
