FIELD: alcoholic beverage industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves preparation of solution by mixing rectified alcohol, corrected water, invert sugar and organic additive, cleaning it from admixtures and its filtration. Used as additive is succinic acid or sodium succinate or their mixture in the amount of 10-50 mg/cu.dm. Introduction of additives is carried out before filtration. Then vodka is aged for 2-3 h, and filtered. EFFECT: improved quality and biological value of vodka due to addition in it succinic acid or its sodium succinate or their mixture reducing ethanol toxicity. 2 tbl, 2 ex
